Hello all

I am currently using Archer AX73 with Virgin Media and considering switch to Sky FTTP.

Before i make the switch wanted to be 100% my router is compatiable direct connection to the ONT.

I read Sky is awkard as it request something about MER Option 61( I have no clue what that is)

Appreciate any feedback

Only some DSL routers support this option - details.

But in your case (Sky with FTTP and ONT) check this - <https>://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/TP-Link-AX3000-with-Sky-FTTP/td-p/4106461

It should work with AX73 as well.
