Model: Deco X50-5G
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.1.0

Dear Deco-Users!

I already have one X50-5G and the setup was smooth and simple. Worked immediately without any issues.

So I decided to buy another one. Same process, same easy and simple setup. But then the problems started.

After the setup and connecting to the WiFi my mobile wanted me to log in the network. Same as in the hotel! Not login with the password for my WiFi, which I created.

Restart and reset didn't bring a solution. Is there any setting I didn't see? The LED at the device is constantly white (after setup).

Hope you can help me, before I return the Deco!

Thank you!

Phil

Hi Sunshine,

Thanks for your answer! Just a few minutes ago I got the confirmation: It's the sim card!

It was located somewhere in the atlantic ocean (Just HOW???). After changing the location and resetting the sim card everything works accordingly.

Thanks anyway!

Greetings

Phil

Hi,

Will the issue happen with all devices?

Please change the SSID and password again. And you can also forget the network name on your phone and then join again.
