Hi all, I wonder (hope!) if you can help. I have three Deco M4 units in my house. I wanted to sort out a black spot we have, so i bought a new unit second hand. Sadly, although it was listed as an M4, it's actually an E4. I have plugged it in and, in spite of all my best efforts, it is not showing up on the Deco app when I try to add a device. I have reset it, plugged it back in, tried everuthing really.

Is it just that this process is not possible? I have checked the forums and it appears to be, but I fear I am missing something simple and obvious. Any help you could give me would be much appreciated!!

Many thanks

Nick

Hi,

Please make sure the Deco unit is pausing blue when you add it to the current network.
