Я отключил настройку 2.4 гц в настройках роутера и теперь не работает интернет. я его сбросил до заводских, но как действовать дальше я не знаю.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

As I know, TL-WR840N only supports 2.4GHz wifi band. If you disable it, how can the wireless devices connect to the router for internet access?

You may connect wired device to the router instead.
