Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.15

Current Issue:

  • Users are connecting to the Wi-Fi network, but the internet speed is inconsistent. Download speeds are acceptable, but upload speeds are significantly lower.
  • Load distribution among the EAPs is uneven. Some access points are experiencing high load, while others have minimal or no load.
  • Connecting directly to the LAN from the switch yields full 100 Mbps speeds, but Wi-Fi performance is not as expected.

Request for Assistance: Could you please suggest the correct configurations to ensure optimal internet speed and even load distribution across the access points? Any tips for improving upload speeds and overall performance would be greatly appreciated.
