Hi

I am trying to connect my Google Doorbell 2nd gen to 5Ghz but it is not connecting. Another user faced the same problem and he resolved it by changing 5Ghz mode from 802.11ac to 802.11(n+ac).

I am trying to do the same but there is no option to change the mode in Deco App.

Please guide me.

Thanks

Edit: Some users have stated that Nest products don't work on 5Ghz when channel is above 36. In my case it is 44 and there is no option to change it.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

Currently, as it does not support to change channel and channel width on Deco M5, you may try to connect Google Doorbell 2nd gen to 2.4GHz band or refer to this guide to troubleshoot. And this guide is also for your reference

Hi

I have seen TP-Link has sent custom firmware to many people to change channel manually.

I have a 6 pack Deco M5 and is of no use if I can't change channel and standard.

If possible can you please do the same for me?

Thanks
