Hi, my Archer AX73, I detected this problems after several years of using.

 

LAN2 speed seems to be capped and LAN4 is disabled.

 

In my opinion, it's likely a hardware issue or Can I just configure some settings to solve it ?

If you don't have anything plugged in LAN 4 its status would be like in your screenshot.

In LAN 2 you probably have plugged a device which can't sync on 1000mbps bandwidth.

Plug that device in LAN 4 port and check the negotiated speed. If it's the same change the ethernet cable and test again.

  @terziyski I did it, unfortunately, for LAN4, anything is not function

For LAN2, I switched LAN1 which is 1000Mbps, at LAN2 its speed decreased to 100Mbps.

Therefore, I think it apparently is the issue of hardware.

In that case it's probably a HW issue and you probably should contact your local support for help.
