May I confirm the password you mentioned is about the wireless password or the login password of Deco app?
If it is related to the login password, you may change another password. And it is also suggested to update app version from Apple Store.
Wifi Paswoord
When switching between wifi networdk, when comming back, I often get this message.
I use your Deco M4R for the management of our dimotica, and have many problems becaus of this!
