Firmware Version: 1.4.5 Build 20231128 Rel. 64440

Hello

 

1- My pc connect via ethernet cable to satalite deco, when i playing game there is no problem but when i open chrome browser my devices disconnect from deco. Is it about deco?

2- My satalite deco stable at its place nearly 2 years and there was no signal and dc issue since last 3 days now main deco and satalite deco cant match, there is no internet but they are all white light.

Solved 2-

1- Disconnect all network devices for 10 min then reboot (unplug all)

2- ISP routers' wifi6 signal closed

3- Swap satalite and main deco

4- Create new network at APP

5- Update devices ( Now i can update devices they were updated at 1.4 version but then i could update to 1.5)

 

So i have now full wifi signal .

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

1. If you open other web browsers on your pc or open chrome browser on other devices, wil all your devices disconnect from Deco network? If not, it sounds more like a coincidence.

2.It is suggested to reboot all Deco nodes first and oberve the performance. If the main Deco works properly, you may swap main Deco and satellite Deco then check whether the problem follows the "new " main Deco.
