Deco App Showing Unknown Status of Connected Clients
Hey TP-LINK !!
I have been facing this issue since i bought my mesh system some of my devices status is Unknown on Deco App? Please fix it as soon as possible.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.
According to the screenshots you shared, the problem is that the signal source that your clients connected are unknown.
It is suggested to check firmware Upgrade on Deco app and update firmware first.
Then please update Deco app from Google Play or Apple Store.
Then please turn off Fast Roaming under Advanced part and Mesh technology for a try.

Hi, as the screenshot you shared before, did you disable Mesh Technology?
If so, it is suggested to send app log using the email address your registered on our community following this guide.

@Marvin_S Yeah not only my phone even other devices status are Unknown after turn OFF Mesh Technology.
