XE75 + X20 Cant connect my iphone?

Hi. So I have a Deco XE75 connected to my main router down stairs via wifi router mode and 2 X20's connected upstairs in each office as both myself anf wife work from home. My Deco X20 is connected by ethernet to my computer with no issues but when im sitting at my desk and my iphone connects to the X20 its showing as connected to wifi but there is no internet connection? I have to turn off wifi on my phone and it works when connected to my telecoms provider but not when its connected to my deco? and it only does this in my office?

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

May I confirm some information to understand your situation better?

1. Please make sure your main Deco is XE75 or XE75 Pro. How many Deco X20 do you have? How do X20 connected to your main Deco？

2. Do you mean if you move to another X20(not in your office) and your iPhone can connect to that Deco and get internet access without mobile data?

Please disable Mesh Technology for your iPhone on Deco app for try.

Can your other wireless devices get internet access from the Deco X20 in your office?

3. What is the model and OS of your iPhone? Which wifi band did your phone connect to?

4. If Guest network is enabled, can your iPhone connect to it?

5. Does your family have other iPhones and can the phones connect to Deco X20 in your office?
