On home network of six S4 devices working reliably, replaced main deco unit with this new X50
 

Result was problems with S4 units off line. Resolved by removing/adding deco devices.

 

But…internet responce for user devices (tablet etc) is sometime ok, but often slow/very slow/fail. 


Also max internet speed via deco devices is  ~50%  of main sky internet router which X50 connects to by Ethernet.

 

Must resolve or remove X50.

 

 

Help pls.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

Here are some suggestions for your reference:

First, please update Deco app to latest from Google Play or Apple Store.

Secondly, please check Firmware update on Deco app and update firmware of Deco X50 to latest.
