Deco not spreading enough network in 10 meters

Model: Deco E4

Hardware Version:

Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20240104 Rel. 55043

My Deco in the passage upstairs is connected to the main Deco downstairs , however it reports the network to be weak and Medium and never Strong, furthermore, when we connect devises , the network is strong on the devices when we are close to the Deco , but when we move to a distance of 10meters , the sygnal drops drastically from 1 to zero bars
