Hi,

My children use iPhones, and I cannot see them on the deco app. I know they are online, but cannot block them. I will try to attach a screenshot of what I can see. It also means I cannot link them to parental controls.

Hi, welcome to our community.

As the problem you mentioned is very strange. Here are some suggestions for your reference:

1. Please reboot Deco mesh network, kill Deco app and log into Deco app again. Or change another phone to check the online/offline clients on Deco app.

2. You may make sure which client devices are connected to your Deco network on Deco app. For those unknown or unsure devices, block them.

3. You may check the MAC address of your children iPhones and compare them with the MAC address of clients showing online/offline on your Deco app, to confirm whether the iPhones are connected to the Deco network or not.

4. Reset your Deco network and reconfigure everything.
