Unstable Network M4 + E4
Hello, I recently bought a new M4 deco to be the main deco for my three E4 units (bundle) to get more than 100 mbps, but the network seems incredibly unstable since then. I have tried individually resetting each deco to their factory settings and even creating a new network again. I have updated each one to the latest firmware. The app doesn't even detect the network at times, and these E4 units randomly disconnects in the deco app even though it's plugged in. My TV and other devices struggles to connect to the network. It's like they dont want to work with the main M4 deco unit. I'm on wifi router mode, I don't even touch the other settings since Im not knowledgeable with these things. My network worked perfectly well when it was just the three E4 units.

The firmware is not latest on your Deco M4 and E4. Here are some suggestions for your reference:
1. Please update Deco app to latest from Google Play or Apple Store.
2. Then check Firmware Update again on Deco app and update firmware to latest.
3. Then if the unstable problem remains, you may follow the guide to troubleshoot:

Thanks for the response. I just realized the date of the firmware year is 2019. I tried to update the deco unit through the app and its says it's on the latest version.
The network has somewhat stabilized but my internet speed has been down to 20mbs with the M4 deco as the main unit. I tried using only E4 units a while ago and I get the max 90-100 mbps speed. I have tried deleting the app, and installing it again but same thing. I cannot update the M4 unit

I'm from the Philippines by the way. I'm just searching through the forums right now and there seems to be issues updating the M4 for some reason with the local ISP here. I am quite upset I just learned of this now....
I bought the E4 set from a local electronics store and the one M4 from an online seller.
Tried to manually update and download the last firmware in the download center, but I can't see seem to access the web management page of deco

So I managed to manually update the M4 deco; made sure it's the correct version and firmware from my country's tp link address, but it's still painfully slow. I created a new network and just had the M4 running and here are the results:
Im on my wits end here.
edit: Downloaded and tested every firmware I could download us/eu versions. Still can't get beyond stable 15+ mbps speed with only the M4 running. Felt defeated after spending 1 whole day troubleshooting, wasn't prepared for this ISP holding back updates shenanigans. Regretting buying the PLDT rigged M4 1 pack.
