During setup No internet connection
I changed owner account to my Deco M4 system. When opening with the new TP-Link ID, the Deco App goes through setup and I get message ,when checking on Internet connection, "it looks like the Deco is not properly connected". It was connected to Internet properly before and all my other equipment still is connected to the Internet through Deco wifi. Any solutions?

It is suggested to follow this guide to confirm. After changing network owner, there is no need to go through the setup process.

I followed the steps as you mention, but the App automatically sends me to setup when I login with my new TP-Link ID . There is no skip setup possibility.

Hi, I am wondering whether you changed the owner successfully or not.
So it is suggested to log into Deco app using your old account and confirm.
If the network shows properly on app, please try to change account again following the guide above.
If it is the same result or other situations, please feel free to share here with any possible screenshot.
