Ethernet Backhaul not working for all units
Hello community,
I have asambled a 3 units Deco XE 75 pro for my 3 level house (one unit on each floor). I have the routers wired by ethernet cable, but i notice in the app that only 1 connection is recognized to be wired, and the other by wifi (see below screenshots). My quetion is what i need to do to have both connections as wired?

Hi, welcome to our community.
Where did you place the main Deco? The first floor?
May I confirm how you connect the two sateliite Decos? Are they connected to the main Deco at the same time? Or the third Deco is connected to the second Deco?
It is suggested to update firmware to latest on Deco app, then check the backhaul again.

Hi Marvin,
Thanks for the welcome and for your reply.
I have just updated to the latest firmware, but this did not solve the problem.
So the main Deco is on the first floor (bedroom) and the others on the ground (living room) and 3nd floor (office). All of them are wired to the internet main router via ethernet port .They are not wired between themselves. Not sure if this has to do with the issue, but when i first set them up, i had some connection issues and i swapped them a bit to get them stable. In any case, I find it weird that one connection is recognized as wired and the other as wireless.

Hi, thanks for your update.
Here are some suggestions for your reference:
1. Please update Deco app to latest from Google Play or Apple Store.
2. You may change another Ethernet cable for the satellite Deco which shows wireless connection to the main Deco.
3. Based on Step2, please put the satellite Deco near main Deco and use a shorter Ethernet cable to connect to main Deco for confirmation.
4. If the suggestions above do not help, please share us the app log following this guide using the email address that you registered on our community.

Hi, please connect them directly to eachother. instead of through the router. This is how I understand from your message.

Hi, unfortunately I don't have the posibility to connect them directly with ethernet cable since each unit is on a different floor.
