Hello,

 

My Deco X50 outdoor is updating firmware (blinking green) for a very long time (hours). Reset button does not do anything. App does not find Deco X50 Outdoor in the app. 

 

I have changed the router conneted to the DECO.

Hi, welcome to our community.

You may unplug the Deco for an hour, and repower it until the LED is stable. It LED is still blinking green, please try to reset it again (using a pin to press the reset hole for 1 second).
