Hello,

 

 

So I was waiting to be solved, Problem with new X10 as satellite deco

 

And I thought buying an E4 will fulfill my need, because I had 3 of them already in my Deco Mesh network. But apparently the one I just bought is 

E4 with hardware version 4, and my existing are E4 hardware version 1. 

 

So the new E4 (version 4) issues:

1. Online but no clients are connected

2. The name become blank / custon when online

3. The timezone is wrong

4. Not showing which Deco is connected to

 

Anyway here's my network setup:

 

Operation Mode: Access Point

Main Deco: X60 (2.0) 1.5.3 Build 20231227 Rel. 62665

Notice when the newly added E4 "Hallway" is offline , the Show Map icon is visible. But when it's online:

 

 

The Show Map is gone, and the E4 name become Custom.

Please help to fix the issue. I had spent 2 additional Deco units (X10 and E4) for nothing!
