Hello, when signing in to app (android, its finding my HX 220, but cannot sign in to it . its showing useless steps, like, ''connect the router to your modem'', then ''restart your modem'', then antoher steps and at end it shows that failed to apply settings, please try again.

When You did add this feature , and why ?

 

If modem is set up in PC, then why those useless steps in phone ? are you mad ?

May I confirm what app you are using to configure your HX220?

HX220 is a customized model by some ISPs only, which can be set up and managed by Aginet app only. You may contact your ISP for direct help~
