Greetings esteemned tp-link forumgoers!

Ive been having an issue with opening ports (creating virtual servers) on my router. Ive created a static ip adress and added new server entities for the ports I wanted to open (80,443,3658,13000-13032,14000-14008 ). Ive tried creatinga port trigger and running a DMZ.

Alas all attempts have resulted in failure ( Im trying to play coop in a ubisoft game). I verified using http://www.canyouseeme.org/. When I check for port 80 It results in : Error: I could not see your service on ------------------ on port (80) Reason: No route to host.

Part of my concern here is that the ip adress given on the site is that of my WAN. Now im not entirely sure what this implies but I sense the issue has something to do with that. Any ideas or suggestions as to what is ailing me?

Thank you in advance for any trouble to be taken

First of all, the port 80 is the router itself webpage port number. I think you can try to change the port number for the router first. What is the IP address for the WAN of the router? Is it a private IP or a public IP?What is the device that is connected by the router?

Hey there, thank you for the response!

The Wan IP Address: 213.109.123.233 it says in the router interface that its a Dynamic IP. Im unsure wether its a private or a public wan ip, I reckon its part of the ISP cable modem. The router is connected to an Arris cable modem model:TM722B . Its for home usage, if that makes any difference.

As for the port 80, I changed the remote web management port to port 100, changing this allowed me to forward port 80. Thanks again for the assistance.

PS. I upgraded the firmware from 3.13.23 Build 120810 Rel.44064n to: 3.13.33 Build 130617 Rel.46239n
