Region : Canada

Model : TL-WDR4300

Hardware Version : V1

Firmware Version : 3.13.33 Build 130617 Rel.46239n

ISP : Teksavvy

Cable Internet with Teksavvy has suddenly started slowing down to about half speed for upoads, and the US light is flashing on the modem (Thomson). Their tech support suggested removing the router and sure enough the problem stopped. Now after a day-and-a-half without the router in the system I just set up the router once more and the problem is back. It seems the router is indeed the culprit.

Are there any tests I should perform before trying to send this thing back to TP-Link under warranty? It's about 2-3 months old.

Edit: I forgot to mention that I've already tried a factory reset

I think you can try to disable the Hardware NAT to see if that can help or not.
