I've been using my TP-Link TL-WR740N for almost a year now, but days ago i lost my Internet connection, i thought that it was my Internet provider that have a problem, so to check if it is my Internet provider, i connect my Modem directly to my laptop, i have internet. I connected my modem again to my router and no internet again. What should I do?

You may access the router's configuration page and check if you have the WAN details on the "status" screen.
If there is a WAN IP but you are not connected to internet, you may need to run some ping tests, like ping 8.8.8.8 and ping google.com to further troubleshooting.
If there is no WAN IP, give a try on restarting your modem first and then restart the router.
