This device suddenly stop, I am trying many more time for reconfiguration but I cannot successfully done it, also I am trying for hard reset, also this is not successfully done. So please help me.

Before reconfiguration, please use a pin to press the reset hole for 1 second.

@Marvin_S I want hard reset, because this device Wi-Fi name not showing

Usually, the LED will go flashing blue after reset, and you can see the default wifi name of Deco on the wifi list of your phone.
If not, I am afraid the Deco got defective. You may contact local retailer or support to confirm warranty.

Many more time I am trying for hard reset, but I cannot successful, don't show the Wi-Fi name.
