AP Operating Modes Question

Hi,
Currently I have:
- TL-WR941ND Router (“N” class)
- TL-WA501G Access Point (“G” class)
My idea is to buy a “N” class access point (TL-WA901ND)
Questions:
1) The wired port (RJ45) at the back panel of the access point delivers 300Mbs as well??? (think so, but just in case…)
2) Is there any access point operating mode (access point, client, repeater, bridge, etc) that allows me to use the wired port *AND* connect wireless clients at the same time???
