Hi Tp-Link support team

I am facing problem with UH720 USB HUB

Some USB Ports not working with USB 4K camera (USB4K02AF), Port 2 and Port 6 not working with my camera but remaing 5 ports working properly.
we have total 60qty of UH720 USB Hub and we have same issu with 24qty USB HUBs out of 60qty. when i go to service center they replace all 24qty USB HUB but 18 out of 24qty we are facing same issu again.

You may contact the retailer again to replace the 18 hubs.
