Hi, I've recently changed to VM from Sky. Problem I now have is my RE220 cannot find the new Hub. With Sky there was never a problem. Am I doing something wrong?

If you've changed your main router you should reset the RE to its factory defaults and re-configure from scratch.

To reset the RE press its reset button for about 10 seconds.
