The number of devices has reached the limit
After updating my firmware I get a nasty message whenever I try just to add a device the my block list. It says "The number of devices has reached the limit" - but I just wish to block this impostor. Then I went ahead and started removing all the previously blocked devices. I'm still unable to add this new device to my blocked list. What should I do?

@yue I know there is a 128 device limit, but you should always allow me to block unwelcome devices. Eg. reserve 128 devices to be blocked

Hi, thanks for posting question here.
If you have removed all previous blocked devices, please reboot the Deco network and add the device to the block list for a try.
Can you still add other devices into block list normally?
If it shows the same error message, please share the screenshots of the error message and your settings on the Deco app. And the model&OS of your new device is also needed

I second that error. This is a bug in your operating system. Please alert the programmers and management.
Error: "you can only block 128 devices"
This is a bug, I have only like 6 devices in the list.
Reason for error: "when a device (iPad) switches "private mac address on" I see every day a new "phone" with a random mac address. I add it to my block list.
After 1 month, I delete all "phone devices with random MACs from the block list", however, I can now not add new.

@Andymosi You cannot block all devices which have "random MAC turned on" because the Deco does not allow blocking a range of MAC addresses.
Some models of Deco allow declaring a white list of authorised MAC addresses, which is probably what you want.
