Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 5.14.32.56

So it seems I completely lost cloud access to my controller. It works locally, as whole network is rock-solid - I can log on its address, which is 192.168.0.100.

TP Link cloud access is enabled, account is binded. Internet works. I rebooted twice. Deleted the controller from the app and add it again. Ubinded TP-Link account from cloud access, re-binded it. Issue still persist.

CDN media

Similar error in the android app.

Any ideas?

@Siegfried06 no, I have it set to auto.

EDIT: it works again. Weird. Must have been something at TP-Link cloud.

 Hi @Happy_x50 ,

It's working now. By investigating, i saw a setup i've made for NTP. I swith it to auto and save.

Now it's working.

Only change i've made so i supposed connexion failed because bad time sync between cloud and device.

Let me know if it solve your issue as well
