I have 2 Deco X60. The main one connects directly to internet with ppoe.

When it works, everything is okay but sometimes the problem i see is that the connection with the ISP is on, but cannot navigate. 100% packet loss. So total blackout. I reboot the Deco and everything is working.

I don't know if it is a router problem or an ISP one but the last is telling that everything is okay from their side. This is a fiber connection so i have in front of the Deco a gpon device.

There is also a missing feature on this router. A connsct and disconnect button on the wan side. 

The problem is that this is a black box. How to troubleshoot when it will happen again?
