Could you share details about the problem?

1. How did you test? If on PC, What is the model and OS?

2.Please share the screenshots of the related results.

3. How many Decos do you have? When you did test, which Deco was your PC connected to?

1. I tested using both Command Prompt to compare ping times to various DNS servers, websites and the decos themselves. I also used Acrylic Wifi analyser. I used a PC with a 3070, i5 11500f and the wifi card is the TP Link archer tx55e v1.2. I repeated these exact tests on two other laptops also.

3. I have 3 decos, all being connected wirelessly. My Pc was connected to the secondary deco, but when testing with laptops i connected to the main decos and still had the issue

Hi, thanks for your update.

According to your screenshot, we are wondering whether certain device under the LAN network caused the problem.

So it is suggested to disconnect all your client devices, connect one device to the Deco network at a time, and test on your PC at the same time.
