How come the download/upload speed is always 0?

Hi, welcome to our community.
This value only represents the local real-time connection speed, not the real internet download/upload speed.
So please do not worry. If the actual internet speed your devices get from the Deco network is normal, it is recommended to ignore this.
Also, it is suggested to update Deco app to latest from Google Play or Apple Store.
