Hi,

 

Need help one of the Deco units wifi stopped working after it was working fine for 8 months. the other  two are working fine .

1.All unites are hard wired cat 6 E.

2.Tried factory reset ,didint work .

3. Tried switiching off the on didnt work.

4. changed setting of Smart DHCP/Fast roaming Beamforwarding  that diid not work.

5. Latest software installed.

May I confirm how the wifi stopped working on the Deco unit?  How about the LED on it?

Did the Deco not broadcast wifi signal anymore? Can you share more details about the problem?

That's the problem led is working, unit is connected with other two units as shown in the app.

If I connect a tv with  cable cat 6e  the T.V works.

so I know its not a direct cable connection issue

Hi, thanks for your update.

You may swap this Deco with your main Deco to confirm whether the problem remains: How to replace the main Deco with another Deco

If no client devices can connect to this Deco, I am afraid it may be defeective, and you may contact local retailer to confirm warranty.

  @Marvin_S  thanks for the info, I already did that and ended with the same result.

Now I tried to reset the unit and I am getting a flashing blue  however it is not connecting to the main unit even with a wired connection
