May I confirm some information to know about your situation better?
1. What is your network topology? How many Decos do you have? What are their model, hardware and firmware separately?
2. When the internet gets unstable, what is the LED status of your each Deco?
3. Do all your client devices have unstable connection problem? How many devices do you have and what are they? How does the internet restore?
