I have a single large WIFI network with a combination of Deco X50 and E4 (the core is a X50). Between the X50, no problem. When I add E4, the enrolment procedure work but after some seconds, the E4 appear unavailable ...

 

I tried to change the orders, to update the firmware, to reset them, to create new network with just the E4 (it worked) but failed with the addition of an X50.

 

I don't understand ...

Hi, welcome to our community.

May I confirm how many Deco X50 and E4 you have totally? Do all Deco E4 fail to be added to the Deco X50 network? What is the LED status on Deco E4?

Please share the error message on Deco app if there is any.
