Hardware Version: V14
Firmware Version: TL-WR841Nv14_EU_0.9.1_4.19_up_boot[231119-rel67074]

After updating the TL-WR841N router, the router page (http://tl-wr841n/) is not properly shown. No text, broken images, only bacjground colors.
When starting the debuggermode in the brouwser (F12 in Chrome) I notice that all javascript files refused to load. The server replied 403 (Forbidden).
How to access the router page now?

Use this guide to login your router WebGUI. There's a troubleshooting part  which includes factory reset of the router.

If nothing works you can try the recovery procedure described here - Case 1.
