iOS widget not displaying any data?

 

Will the widget be updated to display live data? 

recently added this to my iPhone which is up to date, but the widget is blank.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

Here are some suggestions for reference:

1. Update Deco app to latest from Google Play or Apple Store.

2. Reboot your phone for a try.

If none of them helps, we recommend contacting local technical support for further investigation.

  @mail_tymczasowy no I didn't find any fix. 
reinstalled the app. Everything was up to date.

Here's how I "fixed it" it's a work around, not a fix. Delete iOS app and all data pertaining to the app. Download the app from the App Store again. Login and turn on 2 step verification and Face ID. Then head to your Home Screen and add the Deco Widget you want. BUT DON'T YOU DARE EDIT THE WIDGET TO SELECT YOUR NETWORK OR IT WILL KILL THE WIDGET, AND IT ONLY UPDATES WITH THE DECO APP OPEN LOL
