Is the Archer BE3600 compatible with Sky Fibre?
Hi,
Per the subject, is the Archer BE3600 compatible with Sky's Full Fibre?
I am currently using Sky's Broadband Hub that is connected to the Optical Network Terminal (ONT) and would like to swap out Sky's Broadband Hub with the Archer BE3600.
Having reviewed posts across this forum and Sky's, I understand Sky needs DHCP Option 61/MER however compatibility across TP-Link Routers seems pretty hit and miss and I cannot source this from the product information.
For further context, the reason I want to swap out the router is primarily to create a whole home Mesh WiFi with my AV1300 Gigabit Passthrough Powerline ac Wi-Fi Kit and secondly, improve general WiFi performance.

Hi, for the router models listed in the thread, they support Easymesh as well as Onemesh.

OK thanks - I thought you were refering to those mentioned in this discussion.
Perhaps that thread could be updated to reference One Mesh too to help any others who might have a similar query?

So I purchased the Archer BE3600 router and thought i'd just try swapping it out with the Sky Hub in router mode and it connected to the internet without any issues.
No need to keep the Sky Hub and operate the BE3600 in AP mode which is great news.
Seems I got lucky here.
