HI

When I bought the device, I was able to log in to the router interface, but then there was a problem with my internet, and my ISP solved it, but after that, when I wanted to log in to the router interface via site or via tether app in my phone, I cannot, because through the thther appthe device does not appear and via the website it does not open, this proplem is still even when i rebot my router.
please help

To be able to log in your router WebGUI you have to find its IP address - details.

When you do that, point your browser at http://<router_IP_address>

It sounds like your ISP may have changed some network settings that are preventing you from accessing your router’s interface. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and regain access:

  • Open Command Prompt (Windows) or Terminal (Mac) and type: 
    * Type the following command in the Command Prompt in Windows computer : ipconfig and press Enter.
* Type the following command in the Terminal app in Apple computers : netstat -nr | grep default and press Enter.

Look for the Default Gateway (e.g., 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1). Type the default gateway ip in the browser to access your router interface.
