Hello Tp-Link community 

I hope your all doing well 

 

I am currently facing and issue with my router 

It suddenly stop connecting to 4G even though it's still available 

I made sure it's not on 3G only but when I go with 4G only it disconnects even though it's available 

 

I Inserted the Sim into my device and 4G does work but when I return it to the router it goes back to 3G

 

May I please get help on how I can fix this

May I confirm when you purchase the device?

Can you change another sim card to confirm again?

It is also suggested to reset and reconfigure M7200.

If you choose 4G preffered as the Network Mode, can M7200 get internet access properly?

Who is the ISP of your sim cardS?
