Model: Archer C20  
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 0.9.1 4.17 v0001.0 Build 201214 Rel.42010n(5553)

I saw my ports specification and the limitations is port : 1x10/100 Mbps WAN port + 4x10/100 Mbps LAN port
But, I noted that 150Mbps is still achivable in the wireless connection.

Is that true ?

With the direct lan my internet speed is 150 after, connecting with Router it resists to below 100 via wireless connection.

 

Please help me on this Experts, Technicains or whoever.

If you have more that 100 mbps from your ISP you need at least a gigbit router to utilize this bandwidth.
