WDN4200 N900 recognized as an "Unknown Device" and couldn't find the file specified

WDN4200 N900 recognized as an "Unknown Device" and couldn't find the file specified

Whenever I plug in the device it is being recognized as an "Unknown Device" with a yellow explanation mark and when I try to find the device drivers automatically I get the error that it couldnt find the file specified, this also occurs when I try to manually install the drivers with the "Have Disk" option.
I get the following error code:
The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
The system cannot find the file specified.
I am using Windows 8.1 Pro with Kaspersky installed
