As the title says my tx20u is not working when i plug it in the "ss" port. It works in the back of my pc but it blocks another port i need. Also i have another wifi adapter which works in the "ss" port what should i do?

You may follow the troubleshooting steps:
1. Check the "ss" port is USB 2.0 or 3.0. It is suggested to use USB 3.0 port to work with the adapter.
2. Check the driver is installed properly referring to the guide.
3. Uninstall and reinstall the driver from the latest driver from the official website.
