Ping to router when using 5GHz Wifi is very slow about 2000ms

Model : TL-WDR4300

Hardware Version : V1

Firmware Version : 3.13.32 Build 130612 Rel.83937n

ISP : unifi

Its normal when using wifi 2.5GHz. The problem occur when laptop and notebook connected to 5GHz

could you provide more details?
what's your model of PC ?
what about your topology?
when the issue occurs, what are you doing? using high transmit app?
