Hello, I'm trying to setup the TL-WWR741ND as an wireless switch.

I have Zyxel router set up as an DHCP server.
I connected my Zyxel and this TPlink LAN ports. I turned off DHCP server on TPlink, and set its ip adress in Zyxel subnet.

Zyxel router adress: 10.0.0.138
Zyxel DHCP clients (10.0.0.1 - 10.0.0.32)

TPLink switch adress: 10.0.0.139
TPlink switch DHCP: off
TPLink WAN: unplugged

From this TPlink I am able to ping all devices in my home network, but I can't ping into internet.

BTW: System Log show this:
86 1st day 00:37:54 DHCP NOTICE DHCPC DHCP Service unavailable, recv no OFFER
85 1st day 00:37:52 DHCP NOTICE DHCPC Send DISCOVER with request ip 0.0.0.0 and unicast flag 1

83 1st day 00:37:46 DHCP NOTICE DHCPC Send DISCOVER with request ip 0.0.0.0 and unicast flag 0

I connected my Zyxel and this TPlink LAN ports

by this you mean, a lan cable connected from Zyxel router port, connected to a ethernet port on 741, 2 question on that cable,
1-the cable is crimped by you , if tested and works, not necessarily, will wotk between routers, test with another cable
2-cable is straight or crossed
or if your Zyxel supports WDS connect them wireless use this guide http://www.tp-link.com/en/article/?faqid=227 the only thing you might not like you have to create a dif. SSID on the VAP, you can set the same as the Zyxel but with Atheros chip does not do a good job you will have issues.
