WDR3600 FTP WAN problem

Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version : 3.13.34 Build 130909 Rel.53148n
ISP : T-Home
Hi
I have the following problem. I bought a TL-WDR3600, and everything works flawless, except the FTP acces over the internet. I checked all the manuals, did everything that was said, and still have no luck with it.
LAN access works fine, and I enabled internet acces too. I set up dynDNS, and from local adress, I can acces the FTP by using the domain name as well as the internet adress. But using an other connection (the 3G of my phone for example) doesn't work at all. The dynDNS forwards to my ip adress, but nothing happens. The strange thing is, using the default 21 port didn't work at all thru the WAN adress of the router, only the local one. I tried port forwarding (I used a port that wasn't in use at all), and it made possible to reach FTP thru WAN adress, but from outer network it does nothing.
Can you help me to fix this problem?
Thanks in advance.

FTP enable - should automatically redirect traffic on 21 port to your router. Sorry I can't check your FTP server access without your IP address :(

Port 21 is redirects from inside. From outside the router somewhy denies any FTP requests. I'm sure the trafic redirection works to port 21 even from outside, but there is something that doesn't let it go forward. I can ping the router from any network, so it's visible from the internet. It acts like the "Internet acces" on the FTP page wouldn't be enabled, but it is. Is it possible that there is some policy that denies it? I encountered problems like that on Windows Servers when I set up the group policies, but from a router it's a rather strange behaviour.

Without your IP address I can't say nothing more.Theoretically it should work without redirect port (only FTP enable). Unless you have a problem with WAN IP address.
