Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version :

ISP : CANTV

So I bought this router today, I followed the installation guide step by step, but it won't work, I can't connect to the internet, neither on my desktop PC nor on my phone or laptop, they pick up the wifi signal but I can't acces the internet, but when i connect the modem directly to my PC it connects without problem, previously I had a TL-MR3220 which worked perfectly fine, I've tried every solution i've found by googling the problem, but none has work so far, any help would be highly appreciated, thanks

Maybe you have mac filtering in ISP network!?

I'm sorry, I'm not an expert on these things, what does that mean? how do I check for it? Thank you so much for the reply and the help

You can use MAC Clone function on TP-link and enter 94:de:80:78:54:21 after that please reboot TP-link router. Then you have to connect modem and TP-link by WAN port (blue). Then give me screen from router status.

Please do power reset (reboot) your modem after connected TP-link. You can see that WAN addresses are empty.
