Bandwidth Control - Limit torrent download with TPLINK router

my office has 25 Pc, using Internet line speed 20Mbps (TM Unifi), TPLINK WDR4300.
I would like to set bandwidth limit to control torrent download and video streaming. It has been an issue when torrent start, the entire office web browsing slow down a lot.
hope to receive some good guidance on how to set bandwidth limitation on torrent download and video streaming (like youtube..etc)
