Power saving settings for WR740N to reduce signal wifi

Hardware Version : V3
Firmware Version : V3.12.11

Hi guys,
I want to know if my wifi router supports that settings for power saving because I want to reduce the signal or to decrease the signal of my wifi!
Any way to configure that or not! or I have to change the firmware version of my TP-WR740N!
