I'm constantly getting about 20% packet loss when on the wireless network of my WDR4900. I've connected directly to the modem and confirmed that it isn't an ISP issue.

Additionally, every minute or two, DHCP is constantly resetting itself, my router loses its IP address, and takes a few seconds to get one again. It makes it impossible to use VPN, video streaming, or any other even moderate application on my router.

Which firmware version are you using?
Which client adpter and driver?

I've tried both 130320 and 130424. The issue is present across all clients, windows, mac, android, iphone.

I've tried to find the non-beta version of 130304, since many on the forum reported that that resolved their issues, but I haven't been able to find a link to download it.

Did you disable IGMP Proxy ?

Yes. The issue seems to be aggressive releasing of IP addresses. From my system log:
